Dave Weiner, Director of Admissions & Enrollment, Pacific Ridge School

Dave brings extensive experience in independent school enrollment management and higher ed counseling and admissions. As the Director of Admissions & Enrollment at Pacific Ridge School in San Diego, he leads recruitment strategy for a premier 7–12 institution known for its innovative approach to education and rapid growth.  Dave has also held other key leadership roles across the student longitudinal journey including admissions at University of Rochester, college counselor for The Bullis School and Barrie School (DC), and head of middle and upper school for Khan Lab School. Dave is a member of the Enrollment Management Association (EMA) and serves on the local planning committee for the 2026 San Diego conference. He holds a BA in History and Psychology from the University of Rochester, a MA in Education from Johns Hopkins University, and an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania.
