Using a real-world, anonymized K-12 admissions dataset, we will walk through the entire lifecycle of an AI-driven analysis. We will demonstrate how to go beyond basic enrollment numbers to identify high-performing geographic pockets, the ROI of specific campus events, and the "stealth" applicant trends that often go unnoticed. Participants will learn how to turn a standard CSV export into a strategic roadmap for the next recruitment cycle and a framework for data analysis: Prepare, Prompt, and Pivot.
